Refresh Rate Test

Estimated refresh rate from requestAnimationFrame timing. We discard the first 60 frames as a warmup, then sample for 2s. Results are capped at 240Hz and can differ from your panel's spec (browser throttling, vsync, and background tabs affect timing).
